
In Prince Edward County, fourth through eighth
grade students begin their spelling bee journey in the classroom, move on to
grade level bees, and then compete in the district finals. At the
district bee, on Thursday, January 12th, Oliver Euteneuer correctly spelled for a total
of 22 rounds. The winning word was communion.
Oliver is now on his way to Richmond on March 9th
for the 48th annual Richmond Times-Dispatch Regional Spelling Bee.
Sixth grade student, Aya Dinmore placed second
and Landon Craddock an eighth grade student placed third. Congratulations, to
