Congratulations to the Prince Edward County High Marching Eagles!
The PECHS Marching Eagles were selected as the recipients of a $7,500 Community Grant from the Rotary Club of Farmville! The Eagles were awarded the grant after presenting to club members and highlighting the need for a new sound system. Current students and Band Director Hallie Watson were all part of the presentation, titled "Amplify the Band."
The goal is to have an improved sound system that enhances the band's overall sound quality. This upgrade will contribute to the already exciting atmosphere at football games. A new system is an investment in the band program, and we are incredibly proud of the effort and dedication shown by our students and Ms. Watson.
