Prince Edward County Public Schools is proud to announce that Jeremy Eubank, Athletic & Activities Director at Prince Edward County High School, has been selected as a featured speaker for the 2026 Texas Coaches Collective Leadership Academy, taking place December 5โ6, 2026 in Waco, Texas.
The Texas Coaches Collective Leadership Academy is designed specifically for head coaches, coordinators, and athletic administrators who are responsible not only for competitive success, but for building strong program culture, developing coaching staff, and leading with long-term vision. The Academy focuses on educating, elevating, and empowering coaches through high-level professional development and practical leadership strategies.
Eubank was invited to present based on his work in developing sustainable athletic systems, strengthening program infrastructure, and leading with intentional culture centered around education-based athletics. His experience in program development, leadership strategy, and student-athlete growth aligns closely with the Academyโs mission to equip attendees with transferable tools that extend beyond wins and losses.

Under Eubankโs leadership, Prince Edward County Athletics has expanded its focus on education-based athletics, student leadership development, community engagement, and long-term strategic planning. In addition to his role in Prince Edward County, Eubank will begin his term as President-Elect of the Virginia Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (VIAAA) at the end of April 2026. This leadership role further reflects his commitment to advancing professional standards and supporting athletic administrators across the Commonwealth. His selection as a featured speaker at the Texas Coaches Collective Leadership Academy underscores the growing national recognition of his leadership philosophy and program development approach.
