Prince Edward County High School recently celebrated the induction of new members into the National Honor Society (NHS) and National Arts Honor Society (NAHS) during a special ceremony in the Barbara Rose Johns Auditorium. Families filled the auditorium to celebrate this important milestone and recognize the accomplishments of these outstanding Eagles.
Membership in these honor societies recognizes students who demonstrate dedication, leadership, service, and a commitment to excellence. National Honor Society members must maintain good academic standing while demonstrating leadership, character, and a commitment to serving others. National Arts Honor Society members are recognized for their artistic talents, creativity, and dedication to the arts.
Dr. Jones, commented, “Any opportunity we have to celebrate our Eagles is one worth recognizing! These students have worked hard, demonstrated dedication, and remained committed to reaching their goals. We are incredibly proud of their accomplishments and excited to recognize this special achievement!”
