PECHS CTE welcomed Mr. Fobes, owner of Draggin F Ranch in Buckingham, who visited the Veterinary Science class to give students demonstrations on basic horse care, roping, equipment, and riding. #CTE

Thank you to our local Walmart! They recently donated school supplies and sunscreen to the athletics department. We truly appreciate your community partnerships and the barriers these relationships help reduce for our students.

HoCo ’25 Week has started! Today was Animal Print Day at the elementary and middle schools, while the high school had Pajama Day. Tomorrow is Twin Tuesday for the high school and Color Wars Day for the elementary and middle schools.

🌞 Mrs. Rice's PTIs (Periodic Table Investigators) are back! For their Solar Energy Investigation, students are growing cucumber plants in 2 buckets and exploring how the angle of sunlight affects growth. They measured plant height, tracked the sun’s position, and recorded quantitative and qualitative data. A big thank you to Mr. Morgan from our local 4H for donating the materials! 🥒🔬

🧪 Mrs. Rice’s science class is official PTIs, Periodic Table Investigators! 🔍
During their Element Scavenger Hunt, students spotted:
✨ Oxygen & Nitrogen in the air
✨ Aluminum & Iron in their desks
✨ Gold in Mrs. Rice’s jewelry
They even explored why H₂O and CO₂ aren’t on the Periodic Table. Science is everywhere if you know where to look! 🌟

To All Prince Edward County Families,   Bus 8 will be a late bus tomorrow afternoon, Friday September 26, 2025. Bus 57 will transport the Bus 8 students when it returns at approximately 3:45 p.m.

The FeedMore food market is TODAY! Doors will open and food distribution will begin at 3:30 p.m. at the Sports Arena. As a reminder, this event is free for anyone with a student currently enrolled at PECPS, while supplies last!
