
Last week, 30 Prince Edward County 8th graders spent their day touring the campus of James Madison University. They learned about the college admissions process, asked college prep questions, participated in a hands-on lessons, and ate in the East Campus Cafeteria.

At the last school board meeting, winners from the Spelling Bee were invited to be recognized. Congratulations again to our superior spellers! Spelling bee winners: 5th grader Ezekiel, 7th grader Albert, and 4th grader Cooper. Ezekiel's winning word was anecdote.
