Attention PECHS Students: Get ready to dream big and dress cozy. Thursday, April 16 is Head Gear & Pajama Day at PECHS in celebration of National Wear Your Pajamas to Work Day. Wear your favorite cozy look, but make sure all clothing still meets the dress code. We cannot wait to see everyone join in on the fun.

The ES Lunch & Learn series recently featured Fit Academy! 💪 Our Eagles enjoyed learning about the importance of fitness and staying healthy. 🦅

Last week, Ms. Reese’s cosmetology students stepped into the spotlight as they focused on professional image and mock interviews. Students came dressed for success, showing confidence, preparation, and growth as they practiced real-world interview skills. We are proud to recognize our award winners from each class period:

We are excited to celebrate another round of Positive Office Referrals at PECHS! Our students continue to show what it means to lead with character, work hard, and support one another, with recognitions for academic improvement, perseverance, kindness, leadership, and stepping up when it matters most. Even more impressive, a few students earned two referrals this time around—an incredible accomplishment that reflects true consistency and commitment to excellence. 📚✨ Get Caught Reading at PECES! ✨📚

Before heading into spring break, every student at Prince Edward County Elementary School received books and fun goodies to encourage reading at home. We hope our students found time to relax, explore new stories, and, of course, get “caught” reading over the break!

Get Caught Reading is a nationwide initiative that promotes the joy and importance of reading, reminding students that reading can happen anywhere—at home, outside, on vacation, or wherever their adventures take them.

The Graduation Support Team meets regularly to monitor student progress and ensure our seniors are on track to graduate on time. 🎓 Identifying the supports our Eagles need early is key to preparing them for success beyond graduation. We are so proud of our seniors and can’t wait to celebrate this milestone with them! 🦅✨ #TheNextChapter
