Senior Cap and Gown pictures will be taken Thursday, February 6 and Friday, February 7 in the Prince Edward County High School auditorium. The cap and gown will be furnished by the photographer; students do NOT need to bring a cap and gown. Students are encouraged to wear a collared shirt and tie for guys and a top that won't show above the gown collar for girls. Students will need to pick up their order form, which is due at the photo appointment with payment, from Ms. Ramsey in the library. Senior Night for PECHS basketball will take place at Longwood as scheduled. Doors open at 4:00 PM TONIGHT. Senior Night will be held at the Joan Perry Brock Center, located at Longwood University. Please use the QR code to purchase tickets for this event or buy them at the door. Season passes will be accepted. The JV Boys will play at 5:00 PM, Varsity Girls at 6:30 PM, and Varsity Boys at 8:00 PM. Let’s go Eagles! 🦅 The concession stand will be open; however, it is cashless.

Ten students represented PECHS at the Longwood Honor Band last week. This event consisted of over 250 high school students from around the state. These students were all nominated by their band directors and auditioned for seat placements upon arrival! Congratulations, KwaNaysha Earley, Lillian Ellis, Kazu Dinmore, Benjamin Bauer, Skyler Crenshaw, Bryce Morgan, Whill Stanley, Lillian McCabe, Jacob Meadows, and Jude Simpson!

Mr. Johnston and Mr. Fleming recently took 24 juniors and seniors to Hampton University to visit the "campus by the bay." The group toured the student center, academic buildings, administrative offices, athletic facilities, and dining hall. #TheNextChapter
