Each year, PECPS hosts a convocation event to welcome back all our staff! This event sets the tone for the school year. This year's theme was "Be inspired, be focused, you are the difference!" 🎉✨ The keynote speaker, Barbara Patterson Oden, encouraged everyone to realize the difference they make in our students' lives and to always find joy in our shared purpose. 🎤

The Prince Edward County Health Department will offer a vaccine walk-in day on Friday, August 2nd from 8:30a.m.-4:00p.m. Students under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please bring your student's vaccine record with you. The Health Department is located at 111 South Street on the ground floor. This event is not sponsored by PECPS.

🧒 Pre-K Orientation will be held on July 31st from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
🧒Kindergarten Orientation will be held on July 31st from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
👩🏫 Families of our 5th grade Eagles are invited to attend orientation on July 31st from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Reminders: Pre-K & K families may arrive at any time during those hours. The 5th and 9th grade orientations will follow an agenda, so please arrive on time. Open House will be held on August 1st from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on a floating schedule.
