We know that sometimes students need to stay home to rest and recover. When illness keeps your child out of school, we understand! When your student returns, please remember to send a parent note or doctorโs note explaining the absence. This helps us keep your childโs attendance record accurate. Give them the time they need to get well, but rememberโevery school day matters. Once theyโre feeling better and ready to return, we want them back in class, learning and connected. ๐ Rest. Recover. Return. Every Day Counts! ๐

Who says learning the real number system has to happen with just numbers on a page? Our PECMS students brought math to life through art, creating unique artwork inspired by their understanding of the real number system.
From integers and rational numbers to irrational numbers, students showed that math can be creative, visual, and fun! โโโจ
Check out their amazing work! ๐จ๐

Keep showing up, Eagles! ๐ฆ

We also began the year feeling incredibly supported by our community. A special thank you to Farmville United Methodist Church for providing our Faculty and Staff Welcome Back Breakfast, catered by Piggin Out Catering. It was such a thoughtful and delicious way to welcome our team back, and we are so grateful for community partners who continue to encourage and support our students and staff.

We want everyone to attend and enjoy high school sports! Please note that all Eagles who are not high school students must be accompanied by an adult to attend high school sporting events. Thank you for helping us keep all of our families safe. We canโt wait to see a sea of purple and gold in the stands! ๐ฆ Letโs go, Eagles! ๐๐

Our students kicked off the year with interactive, hands-on activities as part of their baseline benchmark assessments. It has been wonderful watching them explore, engage, and showcase their skills as we settle into our learning routines.
We are off to a fantastic start and excited for the progress ahead! ๐โจ
